Community Program
Our U6–U12 community program is designed to spark joy, build confidence and create strong foundations both on and off the field. From Under 6s to Under 12s, our community teams aim to inspire creative, confident and capable young humans, and our club is on a mission to empower parents with the tools and knowledge required to support their child’s sporting journey and create a place that families can belong to and grow with.
With training sessions held one a week, ESFC's MiniRoos program caters to various age groups:
- Under 6 & Under 7: An in-house program focusing on fundamental skills and game understanding.
- Under 8 to Under 12: Teams participate in home and away matches within Brisbane, providing a competitive yet supportive environment.
All players must register through the Squadi system before commencing training or matches. Age eligibility is determined by the player's date of birth, ensuring appropriate placement within teams.

Future Pathways
As a Gold Rated club recognised by Football Queensland, our Academy program reflects the highest standards in coaching quality, club development and facilities. Our community teams benefit heavily from this, with access to our comprehensive player development model, and some of Australia's highest qualified and most experienced development staff, Eastern Suburbs FC provides pathways for young talented players to progress through their footballing journey into the highest tier of Football available in Queensland.

We actively encourage parents to step into coaching roles within our Community teams, with ongoing support and guidance provided by our dedicated coaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the club, support your child’s football journey, and help foster a positive team environment.
Where possible, we can try to facilitate players being on a team with their existing friends, however this is not always possible, and depends on team availability.
