EASTS+ ACADEMY TERM 4 PROGRAM
Our Easts+ Term 4 Small Group Sessions are built around intensity, high-tempo drills, competitive small-sided games, and match-realistic pressure that forces quick decisions. Players are grouped by ability so the level of challenge stays appropriate. Technical detail will be at the forefront across this 8-week block - first touch, passing, control under pressure and shooting.
EACH SESSION INVOLVES
Speed Exposure & Agility, Ball Manipulation, Movement & Explosiveness, Passing, Dribbling & Shooting.
Not an Eastern Suburbs FC Academy Player? No problem. This program welcomes academy players from all clubs. All that's required is the desire to work hard & get better.
TERM 4 SCHEDULE

Start Date: Week of Monday, October 12, End Date: Week of Thursday, December 3
Location: Heath Park, Eastern Suburbs FC
SESSION TIMES: *PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT AGE GROUP THAT YOUR CHILD IS IN THIS SEASON*
Mondays 4:30pm - 5:30pm: U8-U11 Girls
Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm: U12-U16 Girls
Mondays 4:30pm - 5:30pm: U9-U12 Goalkeeper
Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm: U13-U16 Goalkeeper
Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm: U9-U12 Goalkeeper
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm: U13-U16 Goalkeeper
Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30pm: U8-U10 Advanced & Development Groups
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30pm: U11-U13 Advanced & Development Groups
Players will be grouped accordingly
EASTS+ TRAINING KIT IS COMPULSORY FOR SESSIONS - USE SIZE CHART TO SELECT CORRECT SIZES
