Private Training with Lilly-Rose!
Having progressed through the Eastern Suburbs FC junior pathway, Lilly-Rose has played her club football at Easts and continues to represent the club as part of the NPLW Women's Program.
Alongside her playing commitments, Lilly-Rose is actively involved in the club's development program as Head Coach of the Under 11 FQ Academy Girls and Junior Girls Technical Lead for U9–U11. In this role, she supports the development of young players and coaches within the junior girls pathway, helping to build strong technical foundations and a positive learning environment.
With experience across both the playing and coaching pathways at Eastern Suburbs, Lilly-Rose is passionate about giving back to the club and supporting the long-term growth and progression of female footballers at Easts.
Available for 1:1 and small group bookings. Open to footballers of all levels and from all clubs - you don't need to be registered with Eastern Suburbs FC to train with our coaches.

Session Details
- All sessions run for 45 minutes
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session to allow our coaches time to prepare
- Refunds for cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours prior to the session
