Description
Mirko is the Junior Technical Director at Eastern Suburbs FC, bringing passion for academy football and player development, with a background at Inter Milan's Academy and previous experience as Technical Director at Brisbane City FC.
With a strong passion for technical excellence, intensity and individual player development, his coaching philosophy combines high standards, attention to detail and purposeful repetition, challenging players to improve their technical execution, decision-making and understanding of the game under pressure.
Expect plenty of touches, high intensity and the occasional Italian hand gestures: because for Mirko, there's always room for one more repetition!
